Gear Protect (Pty) Ltd is the official SA Importer and distributor of Petron Gear Shield NC / NCW Open Gear Lubricant and supplies Open Gear Lubricant to the Power Generation, Mining and Cement Industries in South Africa and Neighbouring States.

Our fiberglass division was established due to the need for specialized fiberglass projects dedicated to the Power, Mining and Cement sectors.

Gear Protect has been active in the Power, Mining and Cement industries since 2010 and our dedication and responsible approach to business, timely completion of projects and prompt deliveries ensured that we obtained a “go-to status” with all the engineers, plant managers, procurement departments and contractors that we dealt with.  If we cannot provide and answer or solution for a problem, we will definitely know a person or company that can.
